Your User ID is 6 digits - your 5 digit agency number with a leading zero. Your password is the last 4 digits of your agency ID and the first four of your IRS#/TIN.

• If you try to log into AllstateFlood through Agency Gateway and are unsuccessful, don't try more than once.
• For the second attempt, open Internet Explorer and try to log in.
• If you get the password error a second time click the "I Forgot My Password" link.
• You will receive an e-mail in just a couple of minutes with instructions.
• Please check your junk folder if the e-mail does not show up in your inbox.
• Policy Agents needing assistance logging in please call:      1-800-527-2634.
• Claims Adjusters needing assistance logging in please call: 1-888-202-3716.

For faster password resets, please email AllstateCS@nationalfloodservices.com and put your Agency ID in the Subject line. In the body of the email, please include the Agency Name, Address and phone number. Please be advised that you will receive an email with a complex password that will include 8 characters including 1 upper case letter, lower case letter, number and one special character{!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), _}. Check your junk/spam folder for the email if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes of the request. Please note that this email box is ONLY for password resets, and no response will be sent to any other information requests.
